Everyone's saying that Rihanna and Wilmer Valderrama have been seen at various clubs together in LA getting their flirt on.....and although Wilmer is a little quirky.....we ain't mad....'cause he is latin and that could be just what Rih-Rih needs. Just ask Madonna.
